1. Orders $150 and up FREE UPS® 1 - 3 DAY DELIVERY depending on your location (U.S. only). Hawaii and Alaska will receive orders in 3 business days via UPS® or USPS®.
2. Orders $39 to $149.99 FREE 2 - 5 DAY via UPS® or USPS® (U.S. only).

Orders under $39 ship via USPS First Class Mail ($3.95 flat fee). Faster solutions, including overnight and Saturday delivery, are available during checkout.

By default, any high value parcel shipping to a commercial address or an address that contains an apt/unit number will require signature upon delivery at no extra cost to you.

If a parcel is returned back to FDL USA due to multiple attempted deliveries with no one available to sign, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package OR a refund will be issued less the cost of the initial shipping cost.

OPTION TO WAIVE SIGNATURE

We offer several delivery options at checkout, one being the option to waive signature for delivery. Signature Confirmation requires that the recipient or a responsible party signs for the release of a package. This service grants both shippers and customers peace of mind, especially those with high-value shipments. If you select to waive signature, you are releasing FDL USA from and against any claims for loss or damages. If you do not receive the package and it can be shown that the carrier has delivered it to the shipping address provided, FDL USA is not responsible to refund or replace the order.

Due to the high risk of fraud or "lost" packages we do not ship to third-party delivery/courier services and freight forwarders. Orders placed to be shipped to such business will be canceled & refunded without notice. Thank you for your understanding.

For your protection, we reserve the right to hold, confirm and/or cancel any orders should we feel your identity is at risk and being used for fraudulent activity.

Orders are shipped from zip code 32246 (Jacksonville, FL). We do not use drop-shippers, we own and ship our products directly from our office location. A tracking number is provided with all shipping options and will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

• FedEx, UPS, and DHL are available. Choose "FedEx International Priority" or "UPS Express Saver" for 2/3 business days delivery (Local customs dependent).
• DHL is our fastest solution to Canada (1 to 3 business days). 
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Forge de Laguiole USA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
• Freight Forwarding / Holding Policy. Due to the elevated risk of credit card fraud, customs issues and damaged shipments we reserve the right to cancel any orders shipped to a non-approved freight forwarder/holder without notice. We recommend the use of Shipito for your forwarding needs.
