OUR SIMPLE LAGUIOLE WARRANTY

We care about our products and customers, therefore we are proud to offer an open-ended warranty against manufacturer defects.

Forge de Laguiole warranty is implemented in two ways:

1) The product failure was found to be caused by a manufacturer defect. 

Item will be sent back to us (authorization required) in the U.S. and shipped to Forge de Laguiole's workshop in France for repair & reconditioning. Item will be shipped back to us then back to the customer. Cost: Shipping to our warehouse in Jacksonville, FL.. 

2) The product failure was found NOT to be caused by a manufacturer defect. 

Item will be sent back to us (authorization required) in the U.S. and shipped to Forge de Laguiole's workshop in France for repair. A fair repair and reconditioning cost will be charged by Forge de Laguiole USA. Item will be shipped back to us then back to the customer. Cost: Shipping to our warehouse in Jacksonville, FL + repair cost. 

Note:Item sent back to France will not only be repaired it will be reconditioned to an almost "like new" condition.
