Born from a project between the Jean Jaurès school in Toulouse and the Forge de Laguiole manufactory, the Dayat is part of the Monobloc range of Forge de Laguiole knives.
A slim, elegant and water-resistant table knife made from a single piece of stainless steel, the Dayat sits on the side without the blade touching the table. The Dayat’s stylized bee, engraved on its side, is revealed in a fine, subtle way. Its slender handle with rounded edges offers a light, pleasant grip.
