This knife is named Alto Braco, the "high place" in Occitan, and has this name carved into the spring. It is reminiscent of the birth of the Laguiole knife on the Aubrac Plateau. Its handle, made of buron oak, evokes the life of the shepherds and herdsmen who came to take shelter in buildings made of granite and wood. It is also decorated with the cross of Saint-André.
This exceptional folding knife is available in two versions: the full handle or the two-bolster model, with a blade "brut de forge", both representing the tradition of the Forge de Laguiole smiths.
There will be only 250 knives released for this limited edition worldwide. Each knife is numbered on the blade.
