From architecture to Laguiole knife... After graduating from Camondo School of Design, Jean-Michel Wilmotte founded the Wilmotte & Associés agency in Paris.
During his illustrious career he created, decorated and designed numerous famous and prestigious buildings around the world, from museums to universities to airports, to mention a few. Jean-Michel Wilmotte created one of the most iconic Forge de Laguiole Signature collection: an explosive line of decorative knives, with handles in multi-coloured acrylic glass.
